Ticketing Policy

1.Ticket Sales 

1.1.Ticket Availability: Tickets for all performances at The Boulton Center can be purchased through the following channels:

  • Online through our website: BoultonCenter.org

  • Box office at The Boulton Center, located at 37 W Main Street Bay Shore NY, 11706

  • Phone reservations at (631) 969 - 1101

1.2. Pricing: Ticket prices may vary depending on the seating section and the performance date. Please refer to our website or contact the box office for current pricing information.

1.3 Fees: Certain fees are applied to ALL ORDERS.

2.Ticket Purchase and Delivery

2.1. Payment: We accept all major credit cards and cash for in-person purchases. Online purchases require a valid credit or debit card.

2.2. Ticket Delivery: Tickets purchased online can be delivered via email for print-at-home or mobile entry. In-person purchases can be collected at The Boulton Center box office.

 

2.3. Refunds and Exchanges: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

3.Seating

3.1. Assigned Seating: All tickets come with an assigned seat. Please arrive early to ensure you are seated promptly. Latecomers may be asked to wait until an appropriate break in the performance.

3.2. Accessible Seating: The Boulton Center offers accessible seating for patrons with disabilities. Please contact the box office in advance to arrange for accessible seating.

4.Age Restrictions

4.1. Child Policy: Children of all ages are welcome at The Boulton Center. However, some performances may not be suitable for young children. Please check the recommended age guidelines for each production.

5.Performance Times

5.1. Start Times: Please check the performance start times on your ticket, as they may vary from one performance to another. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show begins.

6.Lost or Stolen Tickets

6.1. Lost Tickets: If you lose your tickets, please contact The Boulton Center box office as soon as possible. A reprint may be possible with proof of purchase.

7.Code of Conduct

7.1. Audience Behavior: The Boulton Center is committed to providing a respectful and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Disruptive behavior, including talking, texting, or use of electronic devices during performances, is not tolerated.

7.2. Latecomers: Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate time designated by the theater staff to minimize disruptions to other patrons.

8.Cancellations and Changes

8.1. Performance Cancellations: In the event that a performance is canceled, ticket holders will be contacted and provided with the option of a refund or a Digital Voucher.

11.2. Verification: The Boulton Center employs security measures on our tickets to prevent counterfeiting. Always check for the following when verifying the authenticity of your tickets:

We may be able to reissue your tickets with proof of purchase. However, we are not responsible for any tickets reported as lost or stolen if they are later used by unauthorized individuals.
